We aim to ship all our orders within 1-3 days. Plants over 140cm will take 1-2 extra days to ship. Some products may take longer to ship; please visit the product page of the product you're most interested in, or contact a member of staff for further details. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
We aim to deliver all shipped orders by 10PM on the same day it is shipped. Our delivery partners will make 3 attempts (maximum) to deliver your order before returning it back to us. Reasons our delivery partner may not be able to deliver your order may include (and not be limited to): incorrect address or unreachable area. In those instances, we, or our delivery partners will attempt to contact you to rectify the above. If we are not able to reach you within 3 days of shipping (non-responsive on calls or WhatsApp) then your order will be returned to us.
Our priority is to ship to you a plant that is 100% happy, healthy, free of any signs of damage/distress, and completely pest-free. We closely inspect each and every plant for the signs above before shipping them to ensure this.
All our orders have a standard delivery fee unless certain minimum order value is reached (see your cart for more details).

At the moment, we are a purely online store and do not operate a retail store where you can pick up our plants from. Yet.
We currently operate in the UAE, and are not able to ship internationally, for example to other GCC countries. Yet.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@plntd.ae with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once your order has been fulfilled, any cancellation will be subject to a restocking fee.
If your order is still being prepared (i.e. not yet shipped), you may still add/remove products. However, if your order has been fulfilled, then we are unable to make changes to your order. You may either:

Given that we're shipping live plants, we're not able to ship to PO Boxes.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if there's an issue with your order, or even if you simply change your mind, no worries, we will refund the full order. Just reach out to us either by email, at hello@plntd.ae, or through the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of the page.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the methods above, with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
