We deliver living things, so timing and temperature matter more here than for most parcels. Below is exactly how, when, and where we ship across the UAE - and what we do to make sure your plants arrive happy.

Yes. Heavenly Plants offers same or next-day delivery across Dubai on our full catalogue. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah receive next-day delivery; the Northern Emirates get hardy plants and hardgoods within 48 hours. Every plant ships with our alive-on-arrival guarantee, and Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to AED 1,500.

Delivery zones & timing

We ship to every emirate, but live plants are fragile in transit, so our speed and catalogue change with the distance from our Dubai hub:

  • Dubai - same-day on orders placed before 1pm, otherwise next-day. Our full catalogue, including delicate indoor plants, is available.
  • Abu Dhabi & Sharjah - next-day delivery on the full catalogue.
  • Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah (Northern Emirates) - delivery within 48 hours. To protect plants over the longer journey, this zone is limited to hardy plants (such as snake plants, ZZ plants and cacti) plus hardgoods like planters, soil, tools and gifting add-ons.

Cut-off times and same-day eligibility can shift during heatwaves, sandstorms and the Eid / National Day periods. If a delay affects your order we'll message you on WhatsApp before it ships.

Delivery fees & free delivery

Delivery is charged by emirate: AED 15 in Dubai, AED 20to Abu Dhabi & Sharjah, and AED 30 to the Northern Emirates. It's free on every order over AED 199. Your exact fee is always shown at checkout before you confirm - we never add surprises after you order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across all emirates. In the Northern Emirates, COD is offered only on orders over AED 150 to keep long-distance deliveries viable. Please have the exact amount ready - our drivers carry limited change. Card payment, Tabby and Tamara are rolling out and will appear at checkout as they go live.

Insulated packaging

A 45°C car boot can cook a plant in under an hour. Every order travels in insulated, shock-padded packaging with the root ball secured so soil doesn't spill and stems don't snap. Pots and fragile items are wrapped separately. During peak summer we schedule deliveries to avoid the hottest part of the afternoon wherever the route allows.

Alive-on-arrival guarantee

Every plant is inspected before it leaves us and is covered by our alive-on-arrival guarantee. If a plant arrives damaged or in poor health, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement - no forms, no fuss. Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the plants at the delivery window we confirm - leaving them in a hot lobby or doorway risks heat stress that the guarantee can't cover. If you need to reschedule, message us as early as you can and we'll do our best to move it.
